Microclimate
The climate in the area is characterized as warm-continental, with winds from both the sea and Mount Vermio playing a crucial role during the ripening period, keeping the temperatures of the grapes low for the season. In this case, the high-altitude vineyards maintain an even lower average temperature due to the larger temperature difference between day and night, as well as the cooler and stronger winds.

Vinification
The extraction lasts for 18 days with 20% whole clusters. Fermentation starts with indigenous yeasts and lasts from 1 to 3 months.
Maturation
8 months in French oak tanks.
