VINEYARDS: Certified organic, scattered throughout the region of Naoussa and other wine growing areas of Macedonia Greece.

SOILS: Sandy, Clay.

CLIMATE: Warm Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild to cold winters.

VINIFICATION: Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, for approximately 12-15 days, at controlled temperatures of 16-18°C.

TASTING PROFILE: Long dry aftertaste with balanced acidity. Much perfect with Mediterranean dishes and oysters and grilled fish.
